Grief and Loss

Grief is a natural response to loss, but it can feel deeply painful and disorienting. While often associated with bereavement, grief may also arise from relationship loss, changes to health, fertility challenges, loss of identity, or unfulfilled expectations for the future.

We provide grief counselling in Perth and via telehealth across Australia. Therapy offers a compassionate space to process loss at your own pace, without pressure to “move on.”

Using an integrative, trauma-informed approach, therapy supports emotional processing, meaning-making, and adjustment following loss, while respecting the ongoing significance of what has been lost.

We may be able to assist with:

  • Bereavement and loss of a loved one

  • Relationship loss or separation

  • Pregnancy or fertility-related loss

  • Loss related to illness or injury

  • Identity or role changes
