What to expect
COMMON QUESTIONS
No referral is needed to book. A Mental Health Care Plan from your GP allows you to claim Medicare rebates for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.
Do I need a GP referral to see you?

Sessions are via secure video. All you need is a private space and reliable internet. Many clients find online therapy just as effective — and more convenient — than in-person.
How do telehealth sessions work?

It depends on what you're working on. Some people find meaningful relief in 6–8 sessions; others prefer longer-term support. We review progress together and adjust as needed.
How long does therapy take?
